Personal service is largely responsible for the flower shop;s good reputation and propriety. A friendly attitude, in combination with love, concern and caring for other people has made this business a major success. Harold and Linda are joined by Scott Marshall, Nic Slayton, and their daughters, Amy and Sarah as a team working together striving to give Walter's personal touch to each and every customer.

In addition to owning and operating a successful retail business, the Harmons devote many volunteer hours to community service by serving on church boards, helping at school functions, and planning and working on the Prairie Port Festival and several Chamber of Commerce committees. Their daughters, Amy and Sarah, have performed at many community functions not only in El Dorado but also the greater Wichita area.
